Nikos Daditsios is a hands-on senior business professional with extensive management & consulting experience, specialized in gastronomy & tourism. In the past, he successfully operated three Michelin awarded restaurants and more than twenty restaurants & bars on a consulting basis in prestigious hotels. Since 2015, he is operating his own F+B Consulting Firm, Square22.
